- Eggs: 2
- Onion (chopped): 40 grams

- Black truffle: 3 grams
- Coriander: 1 piece
- Butter: 5 grams
- Olive oil: 2 grams
- Salt: moderate amount
- Black pepper: moderate amount
Practice:
